Your role:

• Reach out to AV agencies and event organizers.
• Promote premium AV rental solutions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve KPIs.

Work closely with the local team and managers, with full training provided.

We are looking for:

• AV or technical background (e.g., technician, operator).
• Intermediate English, fluent Polish.
• Communication skills, positive energy, and problem-solving attitude.
• No previous sales experience required – just the willingness to learn!
