Tasks

  • Carry out planned and preventive maintenance and repair work;

  • Horticultural works;
  • Troubleshooting transmission failures;
  • Professional management of existing tools and machinery;
  • Up-to-date accounting of materials and tools used during troubleshooting and maintenance work, keeping work records;
  • Perform general maintenance tasks;
  • Proposal to improve preventive maintenance activities
  • Managing work-related documentation, documenting the tasks carried out;
  • Cooperation with partner regions;


Requirements

Tasks

  • Participating in building inspections and carrying out the related administrative tasks;
  • Recording consumption data, preparing reports;
  • Coordinating and carrying out planned and preventive maintenance and repair work;
  • Technical project management of ongoing projects, professional supervision of construction;
  • Managing facility operation projects;
  • Coordinating the work and purchases required for operations;
  • Conducting regular inspections, obtaining, monitoring, updating and updating documents, obtaining permits;

  • Energy procurement, liaising with service providers (water, electricity, gas);

Requirements

  • Technical studies, mainly mechanical engineer / mechatronic engineer / operations engineer / energy engineer;
  • User level knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Precision, reliability;
  • Work independently and think in a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and cooperation;
  • Occupational health and safety, fire safety;
  • Experience in building operations and maintenance;
  • Category B driving licence;
  • Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical installations.

Tasks

  • Support the daily tasks and projects of the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager;
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and email campaigns;
  • Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and campaigns;
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events and other marketing activities;
  • Handling administrative tasks, contracts, invoices and customers;
  • Communication with suppliers and partners.
