2025. This year’s Real Estate Regatta was held in Balatonfüred on 4th and 5th of September 2025, with a retro theme that brought back the unforgettable atmosphere, hits, and style of the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s.
On “day 0” of the program, September 4, the 5th Real Estate BEACH Conference took place, featuring professional presentations and panel discussions on questions such as: “What can we expect from the housing market this autumn?” or “Will residential development, the office market, or tourism be the next winner in the coming period?”
As a company engaged in the system integration of office buildings, tourist centers, and hotels, as well as smart homes, it is important for us to actively participate in the professional real estate community. That is why we joined the event not only as conference participants, but also as technical service providers, sponsors, and racers.
On the following day, 5 September, our colleagues and partners set sail together under the Visual Europe Group colors: it was the eighth time ships had cut through the waves of Lake Balaton.
The day concluded with an awards ceremony combined with relaxed Balaton-vibes, networking and a party, where Visual Europe Group also provided the lights, sound, and stage technology.
We were delighted to take part in this year’s Real Estate Regatta – it was truly inspiring to build new professional connections and to share the experience together with our partners.
