Whistleblowing
system

Employees of Visual Europe Group, persons under contract with Visual Europe Group and other interested parties may report anonymously using the following whistleblowing system if they become aware of violations of the laws, professional and ethical rules, standards and regulations applicable to the operation of Visual Europe Group and the Visual Europe Group’s quality control system (hereinafter “the Rules”). A person who has a legitimate interest in making a complaint or in remedying the conduct that is the subject of the complaint may also make a complaint. The reporting system can be accessed below. Make a report

  • Bad faith reporting by VEG employees can have consequences under employment law.
  • If it has become apparent that the whistleblower has communicated false information in bad faith, which is of decisive importance and which may indicate that a criminal offense or irregularity has been committed, his or her personal data must be transmitted to the body or person entitled to initiate the proceedings or, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that he or she has caused unlawful damage or other legal harm to another person, his or her personal data must be transmitted to the body or person entitled to initiate or conduct the proceedings, at the latter's request.
  • Please note that your identity will be kept confidential by Visual Europe Group at all stages of the investigation.
  • Please note that the examination of a report made by an anonymous or unidentified notifier may be disregarded.
